If the answer is yes, which it is for most of us, imagine what it would be like if you could let go of things that have happened and the painful emotions.
Buddha teaches that everything is impermanent. If we begin to understand what this means and where our challenges come from we will be able to let go of them permanently.

- How we can begin to understand impermanence.
- How to maintain inner goals you set for yourself.
