This retreat is an opportunity, for those who have taken Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments, to concentrate on the practice of self-generation.
Gen Lhachog will guide some parts of the practice so that you can take time to focus on this meditation.
If you have not received Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments they will be granted at the International Summer Festival 2026 at Manjushri KMC in Ulverston.

Session Times: 10 – 11.15am, 11.45am – 1pm, 2 – 3.15pm, 3.45 – 5pm
The teacher of this course will be Gen Kelsang Lhachog.
Gen Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre. She has been studying, practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
