Do you want to be free from anxiety?
These days many people experience anxious moments.
On this day retreat we will spend time understanding where anxiety comes from and meditating on the methods taught in Buddha’s teachings to begin to reduce these feelings.
Session Times: 10.30-11.30am, 12-1pm, lunch included, 2-3pm, 3.30-4.30pm
You will learn:
- What is the root cause of anxiety.
- Meditations to begin to let go of these causes.
- Methods you can take into your daily life.
This retreat will be followed by a 4-week course in February in Carlisle, Penrith & Workington.
The teacher of this course will be Gen Kelsang Lhachog.
Gen Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre. She has been studying, practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
