Do you feel constantly overstimulated by the modern world? Is your phone rarely out of your hand?

We all know the feeling of losing hours to digital distractions—but do we realise how much this drains our energy, clarity, and ability to focus?
Rather than sinking into habitual ease and scrolling, now is the time to take back control of your mind.

In this day retreat, we’ll take time offline to reconnect with inner peace. You’ll learn how to reduce the pull of constant entertainment, overcome distractions, and discover the calm, clear mind that lies within us all.

You will learn how to:

  • Gain mental clarity and focus
  • Reduce distractions and stop feeling drained
  • Take back control of your attention and your mind
