ABOUT THIS COURSE
We all wish to be free from problems. What if we could be but are just looking in the wrong place!
Buddha teaches that an impure world is the result of an impure mind and a pure world is the result of a pure mind. On this half day course we will begin to understand what an impure mind means and look at the methods to begin to purify our mind. Through doing this we will gradually feel happier, lighter and clearer, and then we can stop creating the causes of the impure mind we don’t actually want.Â
You will learn:-
~ About the nature and function of your mind
~ To identify your real problems and how to solve them
~ Methods to transform your mind from negative to positive, more and more
In the afternoon we will also have a guided session on a purification practice called ‘Meditation and Recitation of Solitary Vajrasattva’. This session is £5, pay cash or card on the day.

“We know that when our mind is impure because we are feeling angry with our friend, we see him as bad; but when our mind is pure because we are feeling affectionate love for the same friend, we see him as good. Therefore, it is because of changing our own mind from pure to impure or from impure to pure that for us our friend changes from good to bad or from bad to good. This indicates that everything that is good, bad or neutral for us is a projection of our mind and has no existence outside our mind.”
