We all experience challenges in our life and can feel that there is no way to free ourselves from them.

Buddha teaches that through meditation we can learn to use our challenges to develop inner strength.  When we do this we discover that the challenges aren’t fixed and we can let them go.

  • Meditations to help you let go of negative thinking.
  • Techniques to put into practise when challenges arise.
  • How to be positive and calm more of the time.

Gen Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre.  She has been studying, practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
