Sometimes we can feel weighed down by the things we need to do, how we feel about situations, feeling out of control.
On this day we will learn methods, taught in Buddha’s teachings, to help us lift that weight, feel lighter and have a clearer perspective on things.
Session Times: 10.30-11.30am, 12-1pm, lunch included, 2-3pm, 3.30-4.30pm

The teacher of this course will be Gen Kelsang Lhachog.
Gen Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre. She has been studying, practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
