ABOUT THESE LOVING KINDNESS CLASSES

The meditations practised on this loving kindness course will help you to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve your relationships  through learning to cherish others.

To grow our loving kindness the course will focus on meditations on cherishing others – thinking that others are important, and that their happiness and freedom are important; compassion – the sincere wish to protect others from suffering; and love – the sincere wish to give happiness to others.

Through this you will:

  • discover a deeper connection with those around you
  • reduce your negative thoughts towards others
  • feel more peaceful and accepting in yourself

On this course we will be using the book ‘The New Eight Steps to Happiness’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
