Take some time out from the busyness to unwind and recharge.
These classes are very simple. A nice long relaxing meditation will be guided for you, to give you a chance to completely relax and have within you a practical technique to help with the busyness of daily life.
At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the class teacher.
You do not need to be Buddhist or have any prior experience of meditation.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Kelsang Mondrul has been practising Kadampa Buddhism for 12 years and originally started coming to classes in Penrith. She has a very gentle manner and teaches from her experience of developing a peaceful mind in her own practise.

This course is held at Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre, 16 Spencer St, Carlisle, CA1 1BG. Although we do not have our own parking there are various car parks and on street parking spaces near by. For more details of these click here.
