- Week 4: Maintaining inner strength when things are challenging?
You will learn:
- Simple meditations to create inner space & calm.
- Techniques to use in daily life to deal with challenges.
- How to maintain inner goals you set for yourself.
The teacher of this course will be Gen Kelsang Lhachog.
Gen Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre. She has been studying, practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
