We are very excited to be running our positive peaceful mind retreat at the Gather.
Take some time out to let go of the busyness and develop a meditation practice for your daily life. Discover how through developing a positive attitude you can meet the challenges of daily life with a lighter approach.
You don’t need to have any experience of meditation to join us for this afternoon of guided meditations and talks on how we can develop positive peaceful states of mind.
This retreat will be based on the book, ‘How To Transform Your Life‘ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Why not make a day of it with lunch at the Gather café followed by a walk at the stunning Ennerdale Water.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
The teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Lhachog. Gen Lhachog has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years. She makes the classes light and clear so that everyone can easily find methods to takeaway with them and put into practice straight away.
