ABOUT THESE POSITIVE THINKING CLASSES
Would you like to be able to change your reactions to the challenges and difficulties you experience in your daily life? To have the resilience and confidence to transform your mind from negative to positive attitudes. To develop healthy self-esteem and improve your wellbeing?
In these classes we will look at identifying the negative attitudes that give rise to our problems and reducing and abandoning them through developing positive attitudes that give rise to our happiness.
Through this we will discover that we don’t need to become unhappy when things do not go the way we want them to. That we can deal with the problems that arise without the painful thoughts and feelings that often exacerbate our problems.
These classes will be based upon Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s books How to Transform Your Life and How To Solve Our Human Problems.
You will learn:
- Simple techniques to feel better each day
- How to train in healthy thinking
- How to protect yourself from negative reactions
