ABOUT THESE ‘LEARNING TO LET GO OF STRESS AND FRUSTRATION’ CLASSES
We can hold on so tightly to thoughts, feelings and views of ourself, those around us and the world. These often lead us to experience unpleasant feelings which only makes us feel worse.
On this June/July course we will explore Buddha’s teachings to begin to let go of the painful mental states that arise. You can learn how to stop overthinking and begin to free yourself from worry. Gain an understanding of what causes our anxiety and begin to remove our fear. We then learn to recognise stress beginning to develop and quickly stop the frustration that arises.
Through this you will:
- develop more inner space and calm
- feel able to meet challenges with wisdom
- feel both mentally and physically better
On this course we will be using the book ‘How to Solve Our Human Problems’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
