Why is meditation essential for your daily happiness?

How do you create a successful daily practise?

Meditation is defined as a mind that is single-pointedly focused on a virtuous object and whose function is to make our mind calm and peaceful.

On this half day retreat Gen Lhachog will guide us through the 5 steps we need to develop, so that we can create a daily meditation practise that is sustainable.

We will also look at how we take what we develop in our formal meditation session into our daily life to benefit both ourselves and those around us.

This half day retreat is perfect for beginners and those wishing to deepen their daily practise.

Original price was: £20.00.Current price is: £15.00.
