We all want to be kind don’t we but what does that depend on?
Come to our Workington meditation classes in December and find out more.
To grow our kind hearts to reach more and more people we remember just three things –
Always wishing others to be happy; thinking others are important; choosing love. We have this choice!
A warm heart and feeling close to others protects both us and others from the pain of arguments, jealousy and loneliness.
In Buddha’s teachings we find timeless wisdom that can guide us to the best views and a beautiful open heart. All we need to do is change our minds following the contemplations and meditations presented on loving kindness in
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book, The New Eight Steps to Happiness.
