What do you worry about? Do you find yourself thinking about what happened or what might happen?
When we start to look at what worry is we start to recognise it has no benefit in our lives.
In Buddha’s teachings we discover that we can learn from our mistakes and prepare for future events without the need to become unhappy or consumed by them.
With wisdom it becomes clear that worrying cannot change what happened and cannot control what will happen. Then we can simply regret or prepare and move on with the understanding we are doing the best that we can moment to moment.
