Following on from the half day retreats in Ennerdale & Threlkeld we will spend more time exploring the various topics that were covered.   This course is perfect for anyone whether you attended the retreats or not.

Do you find you are often ahead of yourself?  Thinking about what needs to happen later, tomorrow, next week, next year…

We live in such a busy world and often feel we have to be holding everything about our lives in every moment.

On this 4 week course we will think about how we can enjoy the present moment we are experiencing and feel we can handle and deal with whatever is going to happen.

You will learn:

  • How to relax right now!
  • How to prioritise your inner peace.
  • How to accept the changes that come in our lives.

The teacher of this course will be Kelsang Mondrul

Kelsang Mondrul has been a student of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 14 years and ordained for 3 years.

  • What is the structure of the class?

    Each class begins with a short introduction and a guided breathing meditation.  Then there is a short talk followed by a guided meditation based on the talk to develop a positive and beneficial outlook.

    1 hour disc zones on Princess St outside the Venue.

    2 hour disc zones on adjacent streets, Albert St & Frazer St.

  • Other Information

    No special equipment or clothing needed. We sit on chairs or cushions on floor.

    You will benefit from attending a course, however, you can also drop in any week.
