Train: Five minutes walk from Carlisle train station
Bus: Two minutes walk from Carlisle bus station
Driving:
Weekend & Evening: The Trinity School Leisure Centre Car Park is open and free outside of school hours. The barrier for entry will be open and the barrier for exit is automatic as you drive towards it. When walking from there you can use the underpass at the end of the street or cross over the roads.
There is also some free parking further down Victoria Place opposite the Richard Rose Academy, down behind DFS with a path to walk up & also the Stony Holme Golf Club car park and you can walk along the path and up passed Trinity School.
The paid parking is reasonable eg. Lowther Street across the road is £3.50 for 3.5 hours on a Saturday morning. click for link for more details on parkopedia
Daytime: & Evening: There are 2 hour disc parking zones on the streets across from the Uma Centre. Victoria Place, Chiswick Street and Chatsworth Square. Some are 8am-6pm and some 8am-8pm.

Opening Hours
We are open for classes & if the front door is open feel free to ring the bell if you want to ask about classes or see the meditation room.
