Would you like to improve your relationship with others?

Whether at home, work, with family, friends or just people we meet having a good feeling towards others definitely improves our sense of joy and happiness.

On this 6 week course we will look at how we can grow this good feeling towards more and more people.  Using the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings we start to understand how caring for others depends upon how we are perceiving them. In this way we can learn to see everyone around us as precious even when they are not saying or doing what we want!
