We want to be happy, to be free from problems, how do we do this?
Through training in meditation and the meditations taught in Buddha’s teachings we can transform our life from negative to positive.
Each week we will explore one of the 15 meditations taught in Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book ‘Mirror of Dharma with Additions’ and learn how to put these meditations into practise both in a formal meditation and in daily life.
