What do you do when something goes wrong in your life?
From stubbing your toe to your car breaking down or perhaps a serious illness.
These things happen to all of us. Things going wrong is normal!
However we don’t need to become upset or angry at these times. In fact becoming unhappy and negative doesn’t do anything to solve the problem and can make things worse.
On this half day course we will explore simple techniques taught in modern Buddhism and meditation to help us keep a balanced mind when things go wrong in our life.
The teacher of this course will be Gen Kelsang Lhachog.
Gen Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre. She has been studying, practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
