Do you find you hold on to negative thoughts?
We are very familiar with thinking about situations and people in negative ways. Even though we cannot solve our problems in this way we still do it!
Why do we do this? Where does it come from?
On this half day course we will use Buddha’s wisdom to understand what we are doing when we are overthinking and how we can begin to let it go.
By doing this we will begin to experience mental space and joy and discover we can begin to think in positive ways leading us to peace.
The teacher of this course will be Gen Kelsang Lhachog.
Gen Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre. She has been studying, practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
