Through developing a daily meditation practice we create flexibility and a lightness of mind. Then we learn how to carry and maintain these qualities in our daily life. By doing this we will find it easier to move from one thing to another without feeling tense and exhausted.
On this half day course you will learn how to:
- Create a simple daily meditation practice.
- Let go of busy thoughts and feelings.
- Reconnect with a peaceful space in your busy day.
The teacher of this course will be Kadampa teacher Gary Newman.
Gary is an experienced Kadampa practitioner. He has been practising and studying for over 30 years. He has a wealth of understanding and many practical examples to share.
