Our daily lives can give us many different challenges that we cannot avoid.  From difficulties with our relationships, jobs, money, anxiety, worry…

How can we navigate all of these challenges in a way that enables us to feel grounded and to know we are making decisions that are coming from the right perspective.

In this set of classes we will look at what different tools we can use, from Buddhist meditation, that will help us.

This 5 week course will help you to:

  • Improve your mental wellbeing.
  • Recognise beneficial thoughts from harmful ones.
  • Create a routine of positive thinking.
