Why do we need to grow our loving kindness? How is it essential for our own and others happiness?
We all have people that we care about, that we wish to be happy. However, if our love for others remains limited and dependent upon how they treat us, we will never find real happiness and be of real benefit to others.
Buddha teaches us how to grow our good heart towards more and more people. Sharing simple, yet profound, meditations to develop our wisdom and love.
On this day course, Gen Lhachog, will share from Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book ‘The New Eight Steps to Happiness – The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness’.
