Where do our painful feelings come from?

What if it the main cause wasn’t other people, situations or any external condition!

Wouldn’t that give us the freedom to begin to take control of our own experience?

Buddha explains clearly the workings of our karma.  Showing us how our present experiences are rooted in our previous actions.  Through understanding this we can begin to create the causes for happiness and stop creating the causes for suffering.

In this half day course we will explore Buddha’s teachings on karma and see how we can untie the painful emotions that have long been keeping us locked in suffering.
