On this day retreat we will look at how we can develop more mental space and calm and a more positive mindset.
On this day retreat we will focus on two meditations:
Meditation 1: Learning to take time out from technology and create some inner space and calm.
Mediation 2: Learning to change our mind when we are engaged with technology so that we can develop a more positive mental state.
The teacher of this course will be Gen Kelsang Lhachog.
Gen Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre. She has been studying, practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
