Do you find yourself holding on to anger? Replaying a past situation and feeling the hurt again and again?
We can tend to remember and hold on to past situations that we found painful. What we need to ask ourselves is why are we doing this? Who is actually suffering when we do this?
Buddha teaches us clearly what anger is, why we get angry and how we can begin to let go of it so it doesn’t become bottled up and turn into resentment.
On this half day course, Gen Lhachog, will share from Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book ‘How To Solve Our Human Problems‘ how we can begin to do this through meditation.
Finding lasting solutions, feeling empowered to deal with difficulties and moving on to a lighter and clearer perspective.
The teacher of this course will be Gen Kelsang Lhachog.
Gen Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre. She has been studying & practising Kadampa Buddhism for over 25 years and teaching for 20 years under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
