We would all like to have good connections with others, feel our actions are benefiting those around us. How can we do this?
We often feel that it easier to see faults in others and becoming upset or critical.
Buddha teaches that through wisdom and with familiarity we can begin to develop a good heart that is stable and strong. With such a good heart we can maintain our good feeling towards others even when their actions are not what we would want them to be.
On this retreat we will learn about developing a good heart and engage in powerful meditations for improving our mind of love.
Through this retreat we will learn:
- How to develop a kind heart.
- How to grow this good heart.
- How to carry carry this into our daily life.
The teacher of this course will be Gen Kelsang Lhachog.
Gen Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre. She has been studying & practising Kadampa Buddhism for over 25 years and teaching for 20 years under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
